Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Free U.S. shipping

Standard Economy shipping is free on U.S. orders. Any available delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout.

Order preparation and delivery

Each order is carefully prepared and packed before shipment. The Economy delivery estimate is generally 5–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Shipping address

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at wehousemail@gmail.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has been prepared or shipped.

Delayed or missing packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be missing, contact us with your order number. We will help you review the tracking information and work with the carrier when appropriate.

Items damaged in transit

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item was damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the damage is our responsibility, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
